[...] To prevent this information from harming your computer, you need to regularly scan the registry and weed out all this unwanted information from the registry. You can do this easily with the help of a known, efficient computer repair software tool. Clean the Hard Disk As your PC gets older, it gets filled with an abundance of files and programs that you may no longer require. As a matter of fact, there may be several programs (spyware/adware) that may have been installed even without your knowledge. The first step in cleaning the disk is to get rid of all these unwanted programs. You can uninstall these programs either by using the Add or Remove Programs option in the Control Panel or by using a reliable third-party uninstaller tool. Next, clean up the unwanted files by using the Disk Cleanup tool. Finally, use the Disk Defragmenter tool to further optimize the hard disk by defragmenting all fragmented files. A clean and defragmented hard disk speeds up data access and thus enhances the performance of your system.

I see you posted this back January. How is your fitness plan going? Congrats for venturing in to the (sometimes counterintuitive) world of exercise. It is SO important RNs work to stay fit - the physical demands of shift work make it impossible to neglect at least moderate exercise. The amount of RNs who are forced to leave the profession due to on-the-job back injuries is terrible.

If there is anything I can help with, please let me know! I am a Certified Personal Trainer who owns a small but growing Nurse staffing agency in NJ. My company is focused on building stamina, energy and core strength in our Nurses, which ultimately helps them avoid injury and maintain focus during long 12 hour shifts.

That's such an interesting way of looking at things, and I definitely agree with you! It's good for people to be able to admit that they don't have all the answers, and it's OK for them to branch out and learn from others.

Thanks for sharing the video. It's interesting how one little thing can change everything by so much.
